Job Description
We are looking for a General Manager for a growing company in the metal-mechanical industry.
We’re seeking a professional with:
✔️ 10+ years of experience in manufacturing/operations
✔️ Strong strategic leadership and P&L ownership
✔️ Experience in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and cost reduction
✔️ Solid background in production planning, quality systems (ISO/IATF), and EHS compliance
✔️ Proven track record managing KPIs, budgets, and operational efficiency
✔️ Knowledge of ERP systems (PLEX/SAP/Oracle/Workday is a plus)
✔️ Advanced English (bilingual)
