Role Summary

We are looking for a data-driven business leader who can use analytics, field execution, and strategic thinking to drive sales growth, improve branch performance, and lead our expansion across Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive sales growth and profitability across all branches.

2. Monitor branch-wise sales, productivity, and business KPIs through dashboards and MIS.

3. Lead and mentor Sales Teams, Branch In-Charges, and Branch Coordinators.

4. Identify sales gaps and implement data-backed action plans.

5. Evaluate new markets and recommend locations for branch/network expansion.

6. Strengthen workshop engagement and increase market penetration.
