This role owns the overall business performance of the Mexican market and is responsible for achieving defined revenue, recruiting, retention, leadership development, and profitability targets.

Success in this role is measured by sustainable market expansion, rank advancement, field engagement, operational efficiency, and alignment with Plexus's global strategy. The General Manager leads cross-functional execution across Sales, Operations, Administration, and Marketing while serving as the primary strategic leader and ambassador for the Mexico market.
