Job Description
We're hiring a General Manager to lead the next stage of our client's manufacturing scale-up.
The company has developed technical power products for space applications and is now moving from an R&D and prototype-led environment into repeatable production. This role will be responsible for building the production operation properly, creating the systems, team structure and operating rhythm needed to scale.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the production facility and lead the transition from early engineering-led builds into a structured manufacturing environment. Over time, the role is expected to grow into full site leadership, including operational performance and P&L responsibility.
