Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee overall plant operations including Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Warehouse.
- Lead business strategy, operational planning, and company growth initiatives.
- Drive productivity, quality improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
- Manage plant P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with IATF/ISO standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, automation, etc.).
- Manage customer, supplier, and headquarters relationships.
- Lead organizational development, manpower planning, and management team performance.
- Monitor KPIs and overall plant performance to achieve business targets.
- Coordinate closely with China headquarters and regional stakeholders.
