The General Manager is responsible for leading the overall operations of a private members club fine dining restaurant, ensuring that every aspect of the member and guest experience reflects the club’s standards of exclusivity, hospitality, and excellence. This role oversees daily restaurant operations, service standards, reservations, staffing, member relations, private events, financial performance, and coordination between front-of-house, back-of-house, and club leadership.
