Overview
Primary responsibility is to provide leadership and direction to all employees in all departments. Focus is to be directed toward quality, consistency, and service excellence across all areas of operation. Financial responsibility involves budgeting, implementing, and supervising Profit and Loss for all facets of the entire facility.
The General Manager will be responsible for the departments of the operation which include Golf Operations, Administrative & General, Agronomy, Sales & Marketing and Food & Beverage.
This position requires a results-driven leader with a strong background in club management and experience overseeing multi-department recreational facilities.
Experience Required
