Overall responsibility for the efficient & effective operations,Maximize revenue potential, maintain cost control measures to achieve hotel objectives& budget,Provide operational & strategic direction to hotel team& support managers in their individual roles,Implement the product & marketing strategies as per the Brand guidelinesPromote the hotel through development & implementation of aggressive sales, public relations, marketing and distribution strategies Represent Accor in all matters relating to the hotel
