As an Operating Partner, you’ll run a multi-million dollar restaurant for one of America’s favorite burger brands! You’ll oversee every aspect of your unit’s operations: from budgeting and driving sales to managing staff, keeping costs in check, managing P&L, and growing future leaders.

- Take charge of a multi-million dollar business, owning sales, budgeting, P&L, and more
- Build, lead, and motivate a team of 50-70+ burger experts
