General Manager Engineering

We are seeking a dynamic, General Manager - Projects & Engineering (Civil) to lead our high-value engineering and construction portfolios. You will spearhead strategic project planning, and ensure world-class quality and safety standards across all sites.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the full lifecycle execution of medium and large-scale civil engineering and infrastructure projects from inception to closeout.
• Direct teams, and contractors to guarantee on-time delivery within strict financial parameters.
• Formulate engineering strategies, corporate policies, and QA/QC benchmarks to optimize operational efficiency.
• Control project budgets, cash flows, and resource allocation to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage vendor relationships utilizing PEC contract guidelines.
