The General Manager EMS will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all aspects of the electronics manufacturing facility based in Tecate. The GM will ensure efficient production, uphold quality standards, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and drive business growth. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven background in electronics manufacturing, strong business acumen, and a hands‑on approach to management. The role requires a strong onsite presence and may involve occasional travel to customer locations, suppliers, or corporate headquarters.
