Mission
We are looking for a General Manager for our Salmon Operations in Chile. You will be responsible for ensuring excellence in all aspects of the business (Operational, Sales, Product and Organizational) with the aim to achieve and exceed budget targets.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Finance: Developing strategic plans, managing budgets, forecasting, and ensuring strong financial performance.
Product, Sales & Operations: Driving product development and stock health, meeting sales targets, and optimizing operations across production sites.
Leadership & Culture: Inspiring and guiding teams, fostering collaboration, and promoting a positive and performance-driven work environment.
External Representation: Acting as the face of the company within the industry, building networks, and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
