About the RoleAs a General Manager, you will lead the Bahia Principe Riviera Maya Complex, a large-scale operation comprising five hotels. Your main mission is to plan, coordinate, and oversee the overall performance of the complex, ensuring operational excellence, strong business results, and alignment with brand standards.
