Salary: £55,000–£60,000 + up to 50% site bonus (upon successful completion of probation)

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on delivering outstanding client experiences, leading high-performing teams, and driving commercial success. Full P&L, revenue and budget ownership for the centre
Leading, developing and managing an on-site team of 5–10 people
