Job Description
Key Duties:
Structure and organise business operations
Handle and coordinate multiple restaurant outlets
Improve profitability and cost control
Develop sales and marketing strategies
Monitor finance, accounts, expenses, and cash flow
Create and implement SOPs
Maintain inventory and stock records
Oversee menu engineering, R&D, and food quality improvement
Monitor staff performance and outlet operations
Improve customer service and business efficiency
Submit regular reports to management
