A leading company in the plumbing industry is seeking a General Manager to lead operations and drive business performance. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a strong background in service operations and team management. Working collaboratively, the new leader will grow the business by executing strategic initiatives while ensuring operational efficiency and a strong customer experience.


Salary + Additional Benefits: 

$140,000-$150,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities: 

Full sales, support and operational responsibility for the entire center(s).

Design, implement, and execute annual budgets and strategic plans.

Develop and drive new programs, revenue streams and marketing strategies to meet and exceed sales and profitability goals.
