General Manager (Operations, Sales & Service)
We are seeking a General Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, sales teams, service teams. A successful General Manager will have a background working for an industrial, distribution, or manufacturing company with a proven track record providing strong leadership, strategic direction, and a discipline of execution to facilitate business growth and stability in support of customer and shareholder objectives.
Compensation : $215,000 - $250,000 total compensation.
- Base Salary $140,000 - $165,000 + Bonus/Commission Plan dependent on Revenue or EBITDA.
