General Maintenance Handyman/ Plumber

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform basic tasks including carrying out maintenance repairs, such as: o Painting and filling minor cracks, o Basic carpentry work (repairs to doors and windows), o Basic plumbing, electrical and safety work, o Plastering and brick work (minor works) ROLE REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Requirements: - High school Grade 10 or equivalent qualification required. - A minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar role. - Solid experience with general maintenance work. - Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment. - Extremely organized with good communication skills. - Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving.
