The Role

To implement the building services, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programme and reactive maintenance (RM) in accordance with the building operating manuals and in compliance with the contract service levels. To support other team members and their tasks and that they are programmed and carried out effectively.

Main Responsibilities

To liaise with the Facilities Coordinator and Management team to give contractors access to site during normal working hours across 9 sites in the Doncaster region.

To carry out planned and reactive maintenance as instructed by the site service engineer’s and Contract Delivery Manager. Including, but not limited to fault finding, test, repair and preventative maintenance equipment, systems and services.

To close / update completed PPM tasks on the CAFM system.
