Compensation: $21.97 – $28.75 per hour + Shift Premiums
Schedule: This role follows a 12-hour continental rotating schedule and is based at our Tilbury, Ontario manufacturing facility.
About the Role
Resilient Structures is looking for a motivated General Labourer to join our manufacturing team in Tilbury. In this role, you will help support day-to-day production activities by preparing materials, assisting with equipment operation, and ensuring finished products meet our quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work in a manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing quality products while working safely and collaboratively.
