Job Description
**1st and 2nd Shift General Laborer $18-19/hr**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Sort paper and alternative fiber materials on a conveyor belt and remove debris (plastic, metal, etc.).
+ Operate bagging and cubing equipment, including preparing, filling, and inspecting product bags.
+ Verify bag seals and weights, removing defective bags for reclaim and recycling.
+ Lift, carry, and stack 30-pound bags or bales onto pallets or trucks according to approved patterns.
+ Operate shrink-wrap equipment to secure finished products for shipment.
+ Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and operating instructions.
+ Communicate production, safety, and quality concerns to supervisors and team members.
