The role involves providing general Level 1 (L1) support for hardware, MS Office packages, and in‐house applications.LocationGuadalajara, Jalisco, MexicoResponsibilities- Provide L1 support for hardware and MS Office packages.
- Offer advanced technical support for in‐house applications and developments.
- Answer technical support calls, providing assistance and escalating to other support groups as needed.
- Respond to email‐generated support requests or reports.
- Document troubleshooting steps and detailed descriptions of customer incidents and requests.
- Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions to resolve failures.Qualifications- Availability to work 45 hours per week.
- Interest in working afternoon/night shifts.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience in an IT environment.
