General Foreman (Utility/Substations)
What we are looking for:
Aldridge is seeking a General Foreman to manage utility and substation projects including, but not limited to, craft planning, scheduling, quality assurance and safety.
What you’ll do:
+ Supervise and manage all aspects of onsite construction activities for all trades to ensure project(s) is (are) constructed in accordance with contract documents, budget and schedule. May include interfacing with client representatives, architect and engineer representatives, subcontractors, and other contractors, etc.
+ Plan, coordinate and supervise onsite functions for all subcontractor trades includes (safety oversight, scheduling, quality, etc.).
+ Create and implement site logistics plans.
+ Supervise craft employees, and/or subcontractors as required by the contract.
+ Provide technical assistance, i.e., interpretation of drawings, recommendi...
