Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base Facilities and the Major Range and Test Facilities Base Positions to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This position applies engineering knowledge for multiple disciplines to plan, design, construct, operate, and sustain facilities and infrastructure. Responsibilities This is a developmental position being filled at the GS-07/09 with target GS-09/11/12 levels. Duties are performed under closer than normal supervision.
