General Cashier

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site General Cashier role based in Lapu‑Lapu. The General Cashier is responsible for daily cash handling activities, including collecting, counting, balancing, and depositing cash from various hotel outlets. The role includes preparing daily cash summaries, reconciling cashiers’ reports, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel financial policies. The General Cashier will monitor petty cash funds, process reimbursements, and maintain secure and organized cash records. The position also supports the Finance team with basic accounting tasks, coordination with front office and other departments, and timely resolution of cash‑related discrepancies.
