Job Responsibilities
Ensure the availability of critical parts for statutory tasks and manage remedial work through the CAFM system.Perform general and semi-skilled maintenance activities, including security systems such as CCTV and alarms.Conduct monthly checks and tests of fire extinguisher equipment, fire hydrants, and hoses.Complete quarterly RCD testing and inspect Misting Units.Maintain fire doors and perform flushing and tap temperature tests in accordance with water risk assessments.Undertake monthly and annual emergency lighting checks.<...
