Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Advise and assist customers on correct products and queries; assist with and resolve customer complaints.
• Merchandising Standards: Ensure bulk stock area is merchandised safely and according to store layout plan; ensure area of responsibility is fully merchandised according to store layout and planograms.
• Housekeeping: Keep area free of obstacles; stock is merchandised after receipt; ensure customers can enter and leave your aisle safely; ensure correct shelf price labelling; complete checklists for canteen and toilet/shower schedules when on duty.
