In this role, you will develop and execute research programs that inform strategy across client Cloud’s Applied AI products. You will partner closely with UX, PM, Engineering, and Data Science to define priorities, uncover user needs, and guide product vision in fast-moving → environments as well as large-scale enterprise settings.
Our ideal candidate brings strong product sense, deep expertise in mixed-methods research, and the ability to translate technically complex AI use cases into clear, actionable insights.
