Overview
This role focuses on lowering the barrier for players to enter and enjoy our game by optimizing features, gameplay experience, and local execution.
Responsibilities
- Analyze local player behavior and market context to identify friction points and improvement opportunities
- Propose feature adjustments and gameplay optimizations based on data and on the ground insights
- Work closely with regional stakeholders to pitch insights and advocate for local player needs
- Plan and execute in game events and operational initiatives to drive engagement and retention
- Manage backend configurations to ensure accurate setup of features, events, and channels
- Coordinate cross functionally with regional and local teams to deliver event requirements on time
- Handle day to day game operation tasks to ensure stable and high quality player experience
