Job Summary

: Join Pratt & Whitney at our Columbus Engine Center, where precision meets purpose. As a Mechanic, you’ll play a critical role in the overhaul, repair, and assembly of advanced jet engines that power commercial and military aircraft around the world. Working in a hands-on, team-driven environment, you’ll apply your mechanical expertise to ensure engines are restored to peak performance, safety, and reliability.

This is a 2nd Weekend Shift position: Friday – Sunday 7:00 pm - 7:30 am

What You Will Do:

Work as a member of a team responsible for turbine engine, engine module, or component maintenance in accordance with

published work instructions and approved technical data.

Utilize common hand tools as well as a wide variety of tooling and fixtures to assemble/disassembly and test a jet engine.
