Futures Clearing & Settlements Team Lead

HSBC Global Service Center in Mexico seeks a Clearing and Settlements Team Leader to oversee end-to-end Futures and ETD operations, ensuring trades are captured, cleared and booked on trade date. You will lead a 10+ person derivatives SME team in a global, matrix environment.

You will partner with US stakeholders, drive process improvements, manage escalations, and maintain strong controls and risk oversight while delivering timely, accurate reporting to exchanges and regulators.
