The Role
- Help customers find the perfect furniture and décor pieces
- Drive sales and exceed personal and team targets
- Provide exceptional customer service, in-store and over the phone
- Follow up leads and inquiries to convert into sales
- Maintain showroom presentation to premium standards
- Process orders using in-house systems
