This position is responsible for scheduling all funeral service needs inclusive of musicians and officiants. This position will also be responsible for coordinating the service team schedules in conjunction with scheduled chapel times according to the needs of business. Candidate will be responsible for coordinating all service details to ensure service excellence is met with every family served at Rose Hills
**Essential Job Functions:** **Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.**
**Perform a variety of customer service functions: including answering phones, filing, data entry, and proofreading.**
**Work within our HMIS system to read/schedule arrangements needs accordingly.**
**Prepare checks requests when needed and monthly statement reports.**
