Working closely with the Head of Giving and Experience, the role of the Fundraising Manager will manage a team of 5 fundraising professionals to provide them with the mentoring, leadership and support they need to achieve team goals and budget. The Individual Giving team is responsible for appeals, the annual telethon, community fundraising, regular giving and supporter relations.
This position is about stepping away from the hands on delivery and donor relations and is focused on the Individual Giving team of 5 and providing them with the mentoring, leadership and support they need and working closely with the Head of Giving and Experience to deliver the strategy, achieve team goals and budget.
