Fund administration & oversight lead analyst

Hybrid Position – Requires 3 days per week in Mexico City Office

Responsibilities Administer fund bank accounts, including payments processing and cash movements, ensuring timely execution and proper controls. Manage relationships with banks, custodians, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient fund operations. Oversee and monitor the performance of external service providers. Execute, validate, and settle client transactions through INDEVAL with accuracy and timely execution. Perform daily cash and securities reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Book, confirm, and settle portfolio trades in compliance with operational requirements. Process and oversee shareholder transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and related corporate actions. Monitor daily fund cash balances.
