Role Overview

Functional Skills Maths Tutor – Location: Rochester – Salary: £25,000 - £34,000 (dependent on experience). Our client seeks an experienced and passionate tutor to deliver Entry Level 1-3 and Level 1 & 2 Maths in a specialist education setting in Medway.

This is not a mainstream teaching role. You will work with learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, dyslexia, and other complex needs. Class sizes are small (up to 12 learners) and sessions require a patient, adaptable, and creative approach to teaching.

• Plan and deliver engaging Functional Skills Maths sessions (Entry Level to Level 2)
