**Responsibilities and Tasks will include, but are not limited to the following**:
- Working with DRAM Product architect in defining assumed Top Level safety requirements for SEooC (Safety Element out of Context) products
- Working with the DRAM Product architect to define Technical Safety concept and requirements and refine the architecture to comply with assumed top level requirements
- Estimate FIT for the entire DRAM chip according to relevant reliability standards
- Calculate the distribution of FIT to each block of the device with a weighted methodology (Area or transistors count)
