Functional Product Owner (Branch Channels) - Remote (Esteiro)

Responsibilities

• Own the functional vision and roadmap of the Branch Channels platform, defining and prioritizing capabilities for Branch servicing workflows, operational processes, Customer View, Appointment and Visit Management, Device Management, Queue and shift management.
• Collaborate with country programs to understand branch operational needs, identify reusable global capabilities, and evaluate local requirements versus global product opportunities.
• Translate business and operational needs into functional definitions, user stories, and servicing requirements for the IT teams.
