The Opportunity
As CP&O FLE LATAM Region Controller, your mission is to ensure strong financial governance, transparency, and performance across Latin American operations, with a clear focus on corporate functions.
You will lead a controlling organization of approximately 10+ professionals, driving IFRS‐compliant controlling activities, delivering clear and actionable financial insights, and enabling confident, data‐driven decision‐making for both regional and local leadership.
The role reports straight line to the Global Capability Owner for Functions & Legal Entity Controlling and dotted line to the Region Finance Director Latin America, ensuring strong alignment between global standards and regional business priorities.
