The IT Case & Front team owns the customer care applications that manage case lifecycle, workflow orchestration, and agent‑facing interfaces. They ensure our support teams have reliable, high‑performance tools to track cases and provide best‑in‑class customer success globally.

The Opportunity

• Contribute to a team building AI‑driven business agents, helping define the engineering approach and guiding teammates as we explore new AI‑native development methodologies.
