Job Summary

The Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee and train work crews of 5‑10 individuals in public beautification projects. The role requires leadership, safety oversight, coaching, and management of daily work schedules to help participants build skills and secure employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a work crew in public beautification projects such as litter abatement, landscaping, and other community improvement projects.
• Comply with company time and attendance processes, ensuring accurate recording of work time, rest breaks, and meal periods for participants and reviewing & approving time records daily.
• Ensure customers’ work orders are completed to a high standard each day.
• Establish and maintain positive staff morale by modeling sound leadership and teamwork.
