Job Description
Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician at Oceanside RV Resort. Engage in landscaping, maintenance tasks, and support guest satisfaction through your efforts.
This full-time role involves a 40-hour commitment including weekends. Key duties include maintaining the resort's landscaping, assisting with community building repairs, and ensuring cleanliness and safety of the grounds. Training will be provided to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain landscaping and overall resort appearance
• Perform weeding, lawn cutting, and clearing pathways
• Assist with equipment and facility maintenance
• Communicate tasks and updates with the team
• Keep workspaces clean and identify safety hazards
Requirements:
• Completed high school education or equivalent
• Clean driving and criminal background checks
• Landscaping or maintenance experience preferred
