In this vital Tier 1 role, you will engage directly with residential clients, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a seamless service experience. Assisting various teams under the guidance of the Technical Support Manager will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provision services such as Internet, IPTV, and phone
• Configure and troubleshoot network setups
• Resolve customer LAN and WIFI concerns

Requirements:
