Surveillance Supervisor

Under the general direction of the Manager, Surveillance, this position is responsible for monitoring the day-to‑day activities of Surveillance Officers at the site level as well as monitoring interior and exterior areas of a property by closed circuit television cameras. Ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadian's learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work setting for all team members.

Key Accountabilities

• Monitors Surveillance Operators; verifies timesheets; provides input for performance evaluations
• Monitors, documents and reports violations, large cash/cash equivalent transactions, excluded and self‑excluded guests and unauthorized access
