Become a vital part of Humber River Health as a Full-Time Registered Practical Nurse in the Acute Medicine Unit. This role requires RPN skills for diverse patient care, rotating shifts included.
Join the 12 West team at Humber River Health in this permanent position. You will coordinate care for general, geriatric, and palliative patients while working closely with an interprofessional team. Your role includes using the Meditech 6.0 documentation system and providing mentorship to new hires and nursing students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver RPN care for geriatrics and palliative patients

Requirements:
• Graduate from an RPN diploma program
