Transform patient eyewear experiences as a Full-Time Optical Associate at FYidoctors Dartmouth. Deliver exceptional service while educating customers about eyewear options in a collaborative environment.
In this role, you will engage with patients and help them select eyewear that suits their lifestyle. Responsibilities include interpreting prescriptions, performing frame measurements, and managing billing. With the clinic open Monday to Saturday, flexibility and customer focus are key to success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and provide warm welcome
• Educate on eyewear options for optimal selection
• Interpret optical prescriptions from optometrists
• Perform facial measurements for correct eyewear fit
• Manage billing, payments, and coordinate appointments
Requirements:
• Previous optical or retail experience is an asset
