**Sales Agent Role Summary**
At our company, we collaborate with multiple clients, representing a variety of brands and assisting their customers.
All calls are inbound, meaning the customer already has an interest in the product.
**Types of Sales**:
- **Hard Sales**: Customers are well-informed about the product, often having seen an infomercial.
These sales are almost automatic as the customer is ready to buy.
- **Trial Sales**: Customers are familiar with the product but might not know the purchase requirements, such as a trial subscription.
The customer pays for a trial period, receives the product, and can return it for a refund if unsatisfied.
These sales are slightly more challenging because they involve selling the subscription as well as the product.
**Additional Opportunities**:
- **Clubs**: These are additional subscriptions the customer is eligible for.
