Job Description
CAE is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Training Instructor to join its Maintenance Training Center of Excellence in the United States. This role is ideal for experienced aircraft technicians who are passionate about aviation and motivated to share their expertise through instruction.
CAE provides a comprehensive training program to transition experienced maintenance professionals into world‑class instructors and subject matter experts.
Key responsibilities include:
+ Deliver classroom and hands‑on instruction using aircraft and/or simulation tools.
+ Administer theoretical examinations and practical assessments as required.
+ Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date training records for all customer training activities.
+ Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the development, update, and maintenance of instructor and customer training materials.
+ Support the development of new training courses and modules as required.
