In this role, you will report to the Program Director and work alongside Site managers to elevate clinical education and instruction. Your leadership will involve applying nursing theory and adult learning principles, ultimately ensuring optimal patient outcomes. You'll assist in maintaining care standards and implementing quality initiatives while guiding clinical staff through their educational journey.
