• Work closely with the Chief Information Officer and cross‑functional teams to design, build and maintain user‑centric digital solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Develop responsive and accessible web applications using React and JavaScript.
• Build and maintain backend APIs and services using Java/Spring Boot or .NET (C#).
• Leverage Python for scripting, automation, data processing or AI/ML integrations where applicable.
• Design secure and scalable RESTful APIs to support business and citizen‑facing applications.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure system performance, reliability and security compliance across the stack.
